• All machines sold by Shankar Khutia & Co. are used or pre-owned unless otherwise stated.

• We make reasonable efforts to describe each machine accurately, including make, model, condition, and specifications.

• However, we do not guarantee that all information is free from error, and minor discrepancies may occur.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect the machine before purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cheque, or any other method approved by the Company.

• Any delay in payment may result in additional charges or cancellation of the order.

4. Inspection and Testing

• Buyers are responsible for conducting their own inspection or testing before finalizing the purchase.

• Once the machine is sold, the Company will not be liable for any defects, damages, or performance issues unless specifically covered under a written warranty.

5. Delivery and Risk

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on availability, transportation, or external factors.

• The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once the machine is handed over or dispatched from our premises.

• Any transportation or shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranty and Liability

• All used machines are sold on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

• Shankar Khutia & Co. does not provide any warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, unless mentioned.

• The Company’s liability is limited to the invoice value of the product sold.

• We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of production or profits.

7. Returns and Cancellations

• Once a machine is sold and delivered, returns or refunds are not accepted.

• Order cancellations before dispatch may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the invoice value.

• Special orders or customized requests are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

8. Ownership

• Ownership of the machine is transferred to the Customer only after full payment is received and cleared by the Company.

9. Compliance and Use

• The Customer must use the purchased machinery in accordance with applicable safety laws and industry regulations.

• Shankar Khutia & Co. is not responsible for misuse, unsafe operation, or non-compliance with government regulations.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
